2025 Client Memo
A message to ALL Bolt Deals Clients,
2025 has most likely been an incredible year for some for a learning year for others. For us, it was definitely a mix of both.
I want to start off and say on behalf of the entire team how much we appreciate you. To trust us with the most important department of your business (the marketing) to help you scale and build businesses that serve your community, and more importantly your families.
I’m writing this memo to share with you some of the things that we’ve learned this year and more importantly, some of the exciting things we have in store for next year.
2025 Recapped.
The real estate market has absolutely pivoted and getting deals was harder. As a result, many investors have noticed how difficult it is to get and sell deals compared to previous years.
I’ve seen sellers get more skeptical & having more leverage in the conversation, deals are sitting on the market longer, margins / profits are shrinking and a PLETHORA of wholesalers going out of business into other ventures… like coaching other wholesalers.

Branding & Reputation is what’s going to dictate your success in 2026.
2025 was the year where we took content incredibly seriously not only for our company but our clients. It was an incredibly expensive and costly bet (over 6-figures invested) and I believe it’s paid off, not only for us but our clients as well.
My thesis: in a world where everyone can just run direct response, social proof, online presence & brand will help the best investors win.
Think of all the influencers, they get endless opportunities and dealflow and their growth compounds month over month from it.
Here’s some examples from 2025.


Throughout the year, we would invite clients to come out to Austin TX for a podcast to document their journey and share their lessons.
We eventually noticed that the audience responded incredibly well and started reaching out to them to either JV deals, get coached or get hired.
This validated a thesis and presented a benefit that I didn’t even know was there.
Branding gives us a competitive edge that no other opportunity can.
CONTEXT:
A client would spend money on a hotel and plane ticket / drive out to Austin. We would spend 1-2 hours recording the podcast and as a result, People will watch and reach out to do deals.
If the average deal is $20-25K per deal and their split is 60%. That means our clients would make $12-15k PER DEAL for basically free.
As a result they would then use these JV profits to fund their adspend, team payroll and all their overhead within the business. Then all the profits that they get from the Direct to Seller PPC deals that we’re doing are STRAIGHT Profit.
I have not seen a single other agency do this for their clients and I’m so excited because going into 2026, we’re going to do more of this. There is literally ZERO downside.
In addition to this, most of you guys have also hired us to build you a website (if you haven’t, reach out and we will walk you through the website) and a MASSIVE component we have in the website is the JV Portal where the audience can reach out directly to your website instead of having to try and manage / followup with deals within Facebook Messenger or Instagram DMs.
The final new thing we’re going to be offering later Q1 of 2026 is SEO.
But not just the basic SEO that takes 2 years to get results and ranked. We’ve beta tested this with a few clients and are seeing results in as little as 6-8 months (results are market dependent) and we’re working on incorporating AI SEO as well.
All of these combined will not only increase your chances of winning but come close to guaranteeing success within your Markets.
These are 2 of our big core initiatives that we’re working on that we’re super excited to share and implement within your business.
